Delete your InvoSmartTax account
You can permanently delete your InvoSmartTax account and eligible user-owned data at any time. Before deleting your account, we recommend downloading or exporting anything you want to keep.
Secure deletion flow
Account deletion is handled inside the secure InvoSmartTax app after sign-in and identity verification. The public website only explains the process and links you to the correct place.
Before you continue
Account deletion is permanent. Please download or export any receipts, invoices, documents, or other data you want to keep before deleting your account.
How to delete your account
- 1Open the secure InvoSmartTax account deletion page.
- 2Sign in and verify your identity.
- 3Review the deletion warning.
- 4Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.
- 5Your account and eligible user-owned data will be deleted.
Can I create a new account later?
Yes. If you would like to use InvoSmartTax again in the future, you can create a new account. A newly registered account is treated as a new account and does not automatically restore data from a previously deleted account.
Shared workspace records
Shared workspace or organisation-owned business records may remain available to that organisation after your individual account is deleted.
